Actually this a bit confused me.... I mean she said, he said... then she kissed him (why do I type "kill", instead of "kiss" at first every time), he got surprised face... then she was shown crying and ran away to sob in sleeping bag... And then they were just perfectly fine as usual...

Hopefully they will explain later, since most of us (it seems) didn't see difference, but sensei noticed that something had changed and probably happened during vacation.

well, I've read ahead a bit, to figure out what happened...I'll just copy a spoiler that I've left as separate comment on discussion, which is difficult to find now for people :)

in manga's version of this incident they showed Aharen saying "I... Lik...."
then muted scene of Raido giving reply and everything afterwards up till they are shown in classroom was correct
about 4-5 chapters later Oshiro is shown avoiding Aharen, stalking from really far away, but Aharen still knew she was watching, then some day Raido leaves Aharen earlier and goes home alone, at that time Aharen didn't make it clear what happened during "incident" to Oshiro and she ran away imagining that he rejected Aharen despite all that Aharen has done for him, Oshiro challenges Raido telling him to come alone... they play reversi, apparently Raido is allowing Oshiro win until she tells him to distance from Aharen, but when he hears that, he goes all out saying that he can't lose now, because he likes Aharen and end up round as winner with white heart made of reversi... that's when Aharen appears.. and explains what happened...

She didn't have courage to tell him directly that she liked him, and Raido replied instead that he likes her... she was so happy, that she kissed Raido, but when she saw his surprised face, she thought that she had messed up again with her misunderstanding of other people and ran away crying...

resolution of this is happening in chapter 64 (volume 7)

that happened to me as well. I confessed to a close friend but I got even worse not only I got rejected but I got betrayed, she and her bestie spread some weird rumors about me. after confession I didn't went to collage for a week when I returned I heard about it when some of my classmates tried to investigate me on what happened. our mutual male friends came to give e a warning to not to bother her. I was devastated as if I lost everything. That was 2 years ago and i have learned my lesson. at first I blamed myself for everything and even i stooped so low to beg her to stay at least friends with me. But when I realized she was using me she played me, It stopped hurting... I became a distrusting Shut in. well tanks to pandemic I didn't had to see them every day.
